ABOUT

Myers Road Baptist Church was formerly known as Bonney Lake Baptist Church which was started back in 1979. We are a conservative Bible believing church. We believe that strong families are the backbone of the church and of society. That is why we focus on learning and living what the Bible teaches. Pastor Jason is a northwest native who grew up in Des Moines, WA. He and his wife Sheila are raising four children together. After graduating from Liberty University he interned at Overlake Christian Church where he met and married Sheila. After doing youth work for a number of years Jason attended Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Then he went to British Columbia, Canada to work with Abundant Life Christian Fellowship in the Okanagan Valley helping build small groups. Then upon returning from Canada he was called to be the pastor of Bonney Lake Baptist now Myers Road Baptist in the fall of 2008.
